On the occasion of the exhibition SPECTACULAR. An Exploration of Light by German photographer Vera Lutter (10.10.24 - 06.01.25), Fondazione MAST is offering guided tours to discover the works in the exhibition and the special technique with which the artist creates them.

Visitors will be accompanied by a cultural mediator along the exhibition route consisting of 20 large-scale photographic works on the themes of industry, labor and infrastructure for the movement of things and people. 

Through the individual works, visitors will have the opportunity to discover the camera obscura and pinhole technique the artist used to make the images. Step by step, they will learn to recognize in the works the typical signs of Vera Lutter's creative process, which goes back to the origins of the camera.

On the occasion of the guided tours and exclusively for participants, the video Inside the Camera Obscura, in which Vera Lutter talks about her research and photographic technique, will be screened in MAST.Academy.
