UNA COSA SOLA

(MONDADORI, 2024)

IN CONVERSATION WITH STEFANIA PELLEGRINI, FULL PROFESSOR OF SOCIOLOGY OF LAW – ALMA MATER STUDIORUM UNIVERSITÀ DI BOLOGNA

“Today mafias don't shoot, but their power has never been stronger.” In this new essay, Nicola Gratteri and Antonio Nicaso take us back into the dark heart of organized crime, uncovering its hidden links with financial markets and politics and showing how they have now become, in fact, “one and the same.” Through a lucid and documented analysis, the authors show how this linkage is undermining not only citizens' trust in institutions, but also the growth and economic development of corrupt countries.

As part of the review Le Voci dei Libri, in collaboration with Coop Alleanza 3.0
